Eloquent Hair Co. Return Policy

While we do not offer a refund policy, we do allow a three day exchange on wigs. Once you receive your wig you have three days to contact us to exchange it for a different wig if you were shipped an item that differs from the description. If you receive a wig that differs from the description you may exchange it for the correct wig.

Please note, due to hygenic reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been tried on, worn, styled, adjusted, or that have had the lace cut. The wig must be returned with its labels attached and in its original condition and packaging. In order to process the exchange you must obtain an authorization code, as exchanges will not be processed without it.

Restocking Fee a 15% will be assessed on all exchanges. In addition, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges necessary to send out the replacement item(s) and to return the item to us.

Exchange Request Process
Requests for exchange must be made within 3 business days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must be pre–authorized by Eloquent Hair with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Without an RMA, the item(s) will incur a 50% unauthorized product fee.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@eloquenthair.com Once you receive your RMA, you then send back the item. RMA numbers are good for 10 business days after issuance, if you have not returned your item within this time frame you will need to request a new RMA number. If we do not receive the item within 10 days you will need to request an additional RMA number.

Credits are issued as store credit only. Store credit is valid for the purchase of a similar item at eloquenthair.com and is valid for thirty days from initial order, unless Eloquent Hair authorizes an extension.

Exchange Package Preparation
You must clearly denote the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Packages with no visible RMA will be refused.

Please note that damaged packages are ineligible for exchange.

Custom Orders

*We offer special orders for those that prefer colors not orginally listed on our website. Due to the additional time and processing of the special orders, we do not accept exchanges or returns on these items. (Tcolors, two tone colors, or colors other than those listed on our website are considered special orders.)

-Any modification from the orginal items sold on our website will be treated as a custom order.

 

Order Cancellation Fee If you cancel the order for any reason, within 3 business days of orginally placing the order we will charge a 15% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded back to the orginal method of payment.


International Order Shipments:

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and other fees levied by the destination country. Eloquent Hair has no control over these charges and is not responsible for custom fees or delays of shipments due to custom clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should check your countries requirements before placing an order so that you will be fully aware of any potential charges or import fees you might be charged.
