Once you place an order with Eloquent Hair order production begins the next day, unless the order was placed on a weekend or holiday. If this is the case order production will begin the next business day.
When logging into your account on our website, you might notice that the order status will remain at “Awaiting Fulfillment” up until a week before the order is ready for completion, at that time the order status will change to “Pending” from there the order status will update to “Complete” and finally the order will ship.
We provide the tracking number to you upon shipment, as you will receive an email from us to alert you to your order shipment; alternatively you can log into your account at any time to see the tracking number. You can find out real-time updates on the delivery date by visiting the USPS website at https://www.usps.com click on “track & confirm” on the left hand side of the page and enter the tracking number we provided to you.
Please note that our packages are sent with signature confirmation which requires someone to sign for the package upon delivery. If for some reason no one is available to sign for the package it will be left at your local post office where you can pick it up at a more convenient time.
