Eloquent Hair Co. applies a $3.00 mandatory insurance fee for all orders, which we have conveniently included into the handling/shipping fee on your order. This insures that if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen a claim can be filed.

Note that replacements will ONLY be shipped pending the outcome of the USPS investigation. Replacements will not be sent if the shipping address listed is incorrect due to customer input error, so it is important to ensure that the shipping address listed is correct and accurate. Please ensure that you provide us with the best address for your package to reach you safely, as we are not responsible for packages which are stolen after confirmed delivery.

*If you prefer that we do not list the company name on your package then include this information in the customer notes section upong placing the order and we will deliver your package with our company initials on the package only.

If your item is lost, damaged, or incomplete and eligible for an insurance claim, contact us and we will file the insurance claim on your behalf.  We will help you investigate the problem and contact you if any further documents are required.

Damaged or incomplete items will require you to take the package to a local post office.  We strongly advise you to keep the item in the exact condition you received it.
